Courthouse Bells will be Spanish Guitar Sounds for Fiesta
The tradional sounds of the Santa Barbara County Courthouse Clock Tower bells are being changed for Old Spanish Days.The digital bell system devised by local resident and inventor Bryan Mumford has been changed to play a spanish guitar to go with the city wide Fiesta celebration.The will be heard every day on the hour from now through Sunday.
