SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The 2nd Annual Santa Maria Open Streets fair is returning on Sunday, March 1st from 11 to 5 PM. This great event will be closing roadways to give the community a chance to socialize and get involved. There will be no motorized traffic from Broadway to Blosser. Men and women will return to the water competing for North Americas second stop of its regional competition.
