ATASCADERO, Calif. - A 5-year-old Atascadero girl who was diagnosed with brain cancer is getting some financial help from a Central Coast restaurant chain.

Kyndal Gottfried was diagnosed with brain cancer in March. Now Sylvester's Burgers will be giving away free burgers to those who donate to her online fundraiser.

The burger chain has locations in Atascadero, Los Osos, and Oceano. To receive a free 1/3 pound burger, you'll need to donate at least $20 to Kyndal's fundraiser and then show proof of your donation at one of the Sylvester's locations.

All of the money donated will go towards Kyndal and her family and will help pay for costly cancer treatment.

The promotion will take place throughout the month of June.
