SOLVANG, Calif. - COVID or not, the Solvang Farmer Pumpkin Patch is in full swing this year as the fall and Halloween season arrives.

The patch opened on Friday and offers a wide variety of pumpkins of all different shapes, sizes and colors so that you can find your perfect squash.

For those looking to take some risks, a 10-acre corn maze is available with 10-foot-wide paths to enable social distancing between guests.

A kid's maze will also be opening next week for the young at heart.

In addition to wider paths, Farmer Pumpkin Patch is requiring masks to be worn at all times, offers contactless payment, hand sanitizing stations and the sanitizing of common surfaces between customers.

The pumpkin patch is open to the public seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. until Nov. 1.

You can check out the patch on Facebook and Instagram for updates.
