Foodbank of Santa Barbara County announces updated emergency food distributions list

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The Foodbank of Santa Barbara County has announced an updated list of locations for emergency food distributions.

The locations will distribute free groceries and fresh produce. Some offer a drive-thru service as well.

The Foodbank has ten different locations in Santa Barbara. Those include the Salvation Army, Westside Community Center, Franklin Community Center and Santa Barbara City College, among others.

In Santa Maria, the Foodbank has 11 different locations available. Those include Allan Hancock College, Elks Lodge, Coast Valley Worship Center and the Oasis Orcutt Senior Center, among others.

The Foodbank is also distributing in Nipomo, Lompoc, Los Alamos, Guadalupe, Buellton, Goleta, Carpinteria, Solvang, New Cuyama and San Luis Obispo.

No documentation is required to receive food. The Foodbank also says that measures have been taken to ensure the safety and cleanliness of each site.
