Cottage Health offers later COVID-19 drive-thru clinic hours Tuesday

GOLETA, Calif. — Cottage Health is approaching its fifth month of vaccinations at Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital. The drive-thru style clinic is across South Patterson Avenue from the hospital. To date, more than 85,000 doses have been administered.

On Tuesday the drive-thru clinic’s hours are skewed later, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The change is to allow more time for those who work to come after they’re off.

Bob Behbehanian is Cottage Health’s director of marketing. He said the clinic is working to be as available as possible for people to get vaccinated. Walk-up appointments are welcome, as long as there’s enough supply. People are welcome to walk or ride their bikes through the clinic. The hospital also partnered with a ride service to pick people up who don’t have transportation.

To schedule a ride to the vaccination clinic call 805-678-7016.
