COVID-19: Grover Beach testing site to close, new sites opening in Arroyo Grande, Morro Bay

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. - The long-running coronavirus testing location in Grover Beach is set to close Friday.

But a new testing site will open at the South County Regional Center in Arroyo Grande at 800 W Branch St. next week. Additionally, a second new testing site will open at the Veterans Memorial Building in Morro Bay at 209 Surf St.

Anyone who has coronavirus symptoms or who may have been exposed in the past week should make an appointment to get tested.

The County is contracting with OptumServe to provide this service. There is no co-pay, but medical insurance will be billed. There is no charge for anyone who does not have medical insurance.
