Solvang restaurants allowed to expand outdoor seating

SOLVANG, Calif. - The Solvang City Council has approved an emergency ordinance granting restaurants, bars, and wine tasting to expand their outdoor seating to allow for physical distancing.

The order was approved as an "urgency ordinance," making it effective immediately, but it will be brought before the Planning Commission for possible replacement of the Urgency Ordinance.
