Santa Paula COVID-19 testing site to be relocated

SANTA PAULA, Calif. - The COVID-19 testing site located on Hallock Drive in Santa Paula will soon be relocated to the Santa Paula Oil Museum.

The current testing site, which is located at 128 S. Hallock Drive, will be closing Friday, Oct. 9.

The new site will open the following Friday, Oct. 16, at the museum on 1001 E. Main Street.

The site will run Friday through Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The county hopes the change of location and hours will allow easy access to testing for residents.

Residents do not need to have health insurance to get tested and no appointments are necessary.

Other drive-up COVID-19 testing locations in Ventura County include:

  • Moorpark College - 7075 Campus Road, Moorpark, CA 93021
    Open: Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Oxnard College - 4000 S. Rose Ave., Oxnard, CA 93033
    Open: Friday through Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Fillmore Family Medical Group - 828 W. Ventura St., Fillmore 93015 Open without appointments on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    Open with appointments on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
    Appointments can be made at 805-654-7660.
