OXNARD, Calif. - Jacob Roa pitched a complete game 2-hit shutout as Rio Mesa edged Dos Pueblos 1-0.

Both teams are now 5-5in the Channel League.

Roa struck out 10.

Joe Talarico pitched 5 scoreless innings for the Chargers.
