Correction: NRA Trial story

NEW YORK (AP) — In a story published Jan. 29 about National Rifle Association CEO Wayne LaPierre ’s testimony at a civil trial, The Associated Press erroneously reported that LaPierre used the advocacy group’s money to buy a luxury handbag for his wife. LaPierre testified that he purchased the handbag as a gift for an NRA vendor.
